I am writing regarding our order of sunscreen products. This order was delivered to our factory yesterday and the invoice number is #2020. Unfortunately, the purchase that we acquired from your company is incomplete.
We were supposed to receive five hundred boxes of sunscreen products; however, only three hundred boxes have arrived. In my opinión, you made a mistake with the number of order. This has caused us great inconvenience and, as a result, we may lose a lot of money.
Please send us a new order inmediately. Furthermore, if you hadn’t made that mistake, we wouldn’t have lost so much money. Therefore, i would like to ask for an economical compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Please look into the matter as son as posible.

The packages have been opened by us and I'm afraid there are pieces of clothing in poor condition. If you hadn't caused us these inconvenience, we would have won a lot of money. Please, could you send a new order? Futhermore, the boss called. He said that you should offered us some form of compensation for this inconvenience. If you don't want to lose a customer, you have to call us as soon as posible.
