I just want to remind you that last year (November 2020) I uploaded some helpful videos on the use of both Present and Past Perfect Simple and Continuous. Since it would be useless to upload them again, you only need to search the Blog Archive (top right corner) and find November 2020. A menu with different underlined entries will unfold so that you can click on the ones you want to watch again.
