This is the task:

Imagine you are going to spend a year as an exchange student. Write an e-mail of between 120-150 words to your host (or to a friend) including information about yourself and the reasons why you want to be an exchange student.

Welcome to a new academic year at IES Martaguisela in O Barco

Hi there,

First of all, I would like to say hello to all of you, my students of English. You are the reason for this blog to exist. I created it a long time ago with the aim of opening an online site to meet and share knowledge, experiences, ideas and from which we all could benefit, always with English as the main engine.

I think it has been working quite well since the day it started and I hope there are still many more years to come.

I hope that you find it useful and inspiring. I look forward to reading your comments and you know that I am open to suggestions that could make my blog more interesting.
