    I am writing regarding to our order number 123 which we should have received the last week.
    Still we haven´t received the order and don´t have news of yours.
    Your administrative assistant said that the order arrives in 3 days.
    This situation has caused us a great inconvenience and we may lose a lot of money as a result.
    Please send us the order immediately. If I don´t receive the parcel till 2 days, I will be able a formal claim.
    I hope the goods will be delivered by your company quickly.
    If you had answered to my phone calls, we wouldn´t be in this situation now.
    I look forward to hearing from you.

    We wish to complain about our last order, invoice # 21452. This order was delivered to our store yesterday.

    You have made a mistake with the number of computers you sent us yesterday. A printer was missing too.

    If you had sent us the correct number, we would have sold all the computers.

    This has caused us great inconvenience, so you should look into the matter as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Dear Mr Johnson,

    I am writing regarding our order of sunscreen products. This order was delivered to our factory yesterday and the invoice number is #2020. Unfortunately, the purchase that we acquired from your company is incomplete.

    We were supposed to receive five hundred boxes of sunscreen products; however, only three hundred boxes have arrived. In my opinión, you made a mistake with the number of order. This has caused us great inconvenience and, as a result, we may lose a lot of money.

    Please send us a new order inmediately. Furthermore, if you hadn’t made that mistake, we wouldn’t have lost so much money. Therefore, i would like to ask for an economical compensation for the inconvenience caused.

    Please look into the matter as son as posible.

    I'm writing regard to invoice 999A, in which we ordered some clothing for our stores.
    This order was delivered to our warehouse last week.
    The packages have been opened by us and I'm afraid there are pieces of clothing in poor condition.
    If you hadn't caused us these inconvenience, we would have won a lot of money.
    Please, could you send a new order?
    Futhermore, the boss called. He said that you should offered us some form of compensation for this inconvenience.
    If you don't want to lose a customer, you have to call us as soon as posible.

  5. Dear Mr.Johan

    I am writting regarding our order of spare parts for our computer #45879.This order, which was delivered to our factory on Monaday.Unfortunatelly, all the items are defective. They are 4 mm too much and can't be installed on the mother board. If this causes us major inconveniences, we could lose a lot of money as a result.
    A new order must be sending inmediatelly by yourself.
