    Dear Mr Jones:
    As you know, your arranged the shipping of one container from the port of Vigo to Tokio for our company. According to the shipping documents, the container was sent on 15th November on the vessel Merino. The estimated time of arrival was of 1 month, but today is 19th December and our clients haven’t received the container.

    The shipping of this container is part of a very important contract for our company and we could lose a lot of business as consequence of this delay.

    Please look into the problem immediately to ensure there is no further delay. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Dear Mr Sousa,


    As you know, my company signed a contract with your company about the shipment of two containers.
    According our agreement, the port of origin was Vigo and the port of loading was Newport. The estimated time of arrival was 8 th December. The problem is only one container arrived to destination and the cargo was break. So one container didn´t arrive and the other container was damaged.

    The consequences may be serious. We could lose much money as a result of this issue.

    With this delay we could lose many customers so the consequences can be serious.

    Our company will send a new order, then your company will receive the cargo on 12th Dicember for express delivery. We will pay the express delivery cost for the problems caused.
    We hope we have solved the problem as soon as possible.
