Hello all,
First, I am writing to inform you that we must attend the World Airlines Congress in New York next month.
Here are the details of our trip to New York:
We’ve got an Iberia private jet for both your outbound and inbound flights. Our flight will take off from Adolfo Suarez airport to J.F.K. on Saturday 2nd July at 10:00 am. We will arrive at 14:00. We ought to be at the airport one hour before the aircraft takes off.
The HR department has booked a room for us at the Palace hotel for one week with all our expenses paid but drinks with alcohol.
Every day we will get a bus from the hotel to the congress at 11:00 am. This congress will take place in the Madison Square Garden. After the event we will return to the hotel at 20:00 to rest before we go for dinner.
All in all, we have to attend the congress with our company clothes and make small talk during the breaks in this event in order to enter the market in this country.
Please, don’t forget you passport. You must take it with you or you will not be allowed to fly.

You have got a Ryanair from London airport to Madrid airport on Monday 2nd April at 9:00 AM you will arrive at 12:00 AM. Please, it is important that you bring your passport.
In Madrid you will have lunch in the Buyi Restaurant, the most important in the city. The Restaurant bill will be included in the travel price.
In the afternoon you will go to the hotel to registrer and will have the Bernabéu Tour and you will visit the Retiro Park. In the Night you will have dinner in the Hotel. You must carry an accreditation to enter in the hotel to the night.
The Next day you will have breakfast in the Hotel and will go to IFEMA for to the Literature Convention.

The Convention will close at the 15:00 PM and you will have got a plane at 16:00 PM to London.

This year I have gone on France. The experience was amazing but when we came back to Spain we visited Nimes. We take off the bus and It had already got dark. We divided us in groups. My group was visiting the monuments while the rest went shoping.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was walked on the street I saw a man running. At first I thougth that he was very suspicious but then I thougth that it was only my imagination. Two minutes later I saw a woman following the man. She had got her movil phone on her hand because she had already rung the police. After that, we tryed to help her but we coudn't make anything.
In the end, the man was a robber, he had stole the bag of the woman but I don't know the resolution of the crime. Later, the teacher told us that city is very conflictive.
From my point of view this is a good experience for learn what to do in this situations.
