Well, the Grammar requirements for that piece of writing will be:
-2 modals
-1 modal perfect
-2 relatives (1 that could be omitted).
Divide the text into 4 paragraphs:
1. Introduction
2. Advantages and disadvantages of the city
3. Advantages and disadvantages of the countryside
4. Conclusion
